He is survived by: his wife Sandy Patton Green of Dycusburg, KY; his children, Jenni Padon (Shane) and Chris Green (Jaime); his brother Don Green (Phyllis); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Chaney of Dycusburg, KY and Juanita Green of Kuttawa, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
