She is survived by: her son Lonnie Couch (Edith); her siblings, Delphia Stamper of Hazard, KY and Delmer Stamper (Dorothy); her nephew E. J. Hurt; her grandchildren, Brandy, Ashley, Amanda, Lonnie Joe, Cindy, Bobby, Samantha and Zachary; and her great grandchild Christian Ritchie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
