She was predeceased by: her father Adam Fugate; her husband Thomas Mitchell Smith; and her daughter Tommi Michelle Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Estep (James); her siblings, Jimmy Darrell Combs (Teresa) and Linda Mullins (Bernie); her grandsons, Derrick Gene Patrick and Tommy Dawson Patrick; and her pets, Izzy and Minnie.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701).
