He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Versie Terry, Jack Phelps and Eva Wolford Phelps. He is survived by: his parents, Terry Lee Waddell (Karen) and Carla Terry; his siblings, Chris Waddell and Katie Burton; his grandfather Richard Thurman Terry; his aunt Wilma Gayle Waddell-Jones (Phillip Jones); and his uncle Rick Terry (Dawn).
