He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Jenkins of Tennessee; his wife Kathy Leffew; his children, Carl Daniel Leffew Jr. (Angela) of Indiana and Jessica Burton (C. J.) of Indiana; his sister Sharon Combs of Oregon; his grandchildren, Brenden Leffew, Chelsie Leffew, Elizabeth Leffew, Jaxson and Jessie Burton; and his great grandchildren, Quinnin, Collin, Katrina and Olivia.
