She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvie Franklin Terry and Orine Smith Terry; her daughters, Patricia Mae Bernard, Rebecca Kay Bernard and Connie Lynn Bernard Coppage; and her sister Laneer Mae Wilkinson.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Brent Bernard (Judy) of Danville; her siblings, Thurman Terry (Versie) of Dunnville, Larry "Red" Terry (Audrey) of Dunnville, Emma Jane Monday (late Charles) of Florence and Roberta Thomas (Carl) of Shepherdsville; her grandchildren, Logan Bernard (Breann) of Jellico, TN, Derek Bernard (Kinsey Back) of Lexington, Carissa Bernard (Andrew Pierce), DJ Bernard (Zach Spicer) of Danville and Alex Coppage of Dunnville; her stepgrandson Jordan Coppage (Taylor) of Scottsburg, IN; her great grandchildren, Wesley Connor Bernard of Harrodsburg, Adelaide Grace Bernard of Harrodsburg and Isabella "Bella" Almae Bernard of Danville; and her sisters-in-law, Edra Bernard of Dunnville and Naomi Bernard of Dunnville.
