He was predeceased by: his former wives, Rosie Woodlee and Faye Woodlee; and his sisters, Betty Hahan, Margie McPherson and Christine Woodlee.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Woodlee (Bonita) of Indianapolis, IN and Danny Woodlee of Beechmont; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Woodlee (Angela) of Greenwood, IN, Heath Woodlee (Jennifer) of Ashville, NC, Justin Woodlee of Senca, SC, Jessica Woodlee of Graham and Dillion Parson of Owensboro; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Anna, Samuel, Abraham, Elias, Bryson and Bella; and his siblings, Roger Woodlee, Jerry Woodlee and Carolyn Stiffler of Indianapolis.
