He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Samples and Tammy Taylor (Allan); his siblings, Larry Collins, Jr. (Bev), Brenda Whitaker (Lance) and Irma Collins; and his grandchildren, Trisha Hawkins, Brad Grant, Tiffany Gordon (Devin) and Chris Collins. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
