He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rocke and Jean Rocke; and his siblings, Michael Rocke and Delia Rainwater. He is survived by: his wife Jill Rocke; his children, James Rocke and Rebekah Frazier (Matt); his grandsons, Benjamin and William Frazier; his nephews, Mark and Brian Tebleman; and his niece Shelly Rocke. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
