He is survived by: his wife Tina Hedrick Moore; his children, Michael Moore of Plymouth, MN, William Christopher Moore (Ashley) of Independence, KY, Eric Moore (Emily) of Florence, KY and Rev Bethany Moore Keith (Bob) of Richmond, KY; his siblings, Randy Moore (Rhonda) of Independence, KY, Pam Kinlaw (Bob) and Penny Moore of Covington, KY; and his grandchildren, Skylar Rose Moore, Rose Maribel Keith and Lucas Alexander Moore.
