He is survived by: his children, Michael Shelby Chadwell (Katie) of Union, KY, Jeremy Lee Chadwell (Amy) of Bardstown, KY, Jamie Chadwell (Robin) of Walton, KY, Matthew Chadwell (Natosha Powers) of Cynthiana and Hidie Riley of Crittenden; his brother Ronald Chadwell of Jacksonville, FL; his half-brother Vyron Chadwell, Jr.; his sisters, Stephanie Proctor (late Jesse) of Newport, KY and Lawanda Caudill (late James); and his grandchildren, Gabriel Chadwell, Scarlett Chadwell, Miles Chadwell, Addison, Jaxson Chadwell, Larkin Chadwell, Brayden Chadwell, Kierstyn Chadwell, Jordin Chadwell, Sammy Chadwell, Andrew Chadwell, Peyton Chadwell, Kalissa Chadwell, Kayleen Campbell and Alexis Sebastian. He is also survived by his family and friends.
