She is survived by: her husband Billy Nichols; her children, Robby (Chris), Chris (Cheryl), Doug Lambert (Julie), Greg Nichols (Cheryl), Steve Nichols (Sharon) and Lisa Nichols (Javier); her siblings, Billy Joe Owens (Margaret), Gary Owens (Ronda) and Jackie Messmer (John); and her pet Babe. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
