He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas Combs; and his great-grandparents, Nelson James Lawhun and Ernest Hamm. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Shane and Erin Nicole Combs Lawhun of Dry Ridge; his siblings, Joseph Lawhun of Independence, KY, Brody Lawhun, Shawn Luke Lawhun and Kyleigh Lawhun of Dry Ridge, KY.; his grandmothers, Brenda Lawhun (Samuel) of Bardstown, KY and Teresa Burden (Wilburn) of Dry Ridge, KY; and his great-grandparent Rose Hamm of Marion, OH. He is also survived by four uncles and four aunts.
