He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil William and Jerene Whalen Rose; and his siblings, Gary Todd Rose and Beverly Edmondson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rae Cook; his daughters, Angela Mary Williams (Eric) of Dry Ridge and Sarah Elizabeth Estes (Matthew) of Union; his grandchildren, Crue Williams, Owen Estes, Finley Estes and Ashley Skilling; and his great grandchild Meilani Skilling.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Stanley Funeral Homes – Williamstown Williamstown (500 N Main St, Williamstown, KY 41097).
