Greene (Donna) of Dry Ridge, KY.; his niece Crystal Rice of Independence, KY.; his nephew Justin Greene (Katrina) of Williamstown, KY.; his great-nephews, Kyle Greene and Joel Greene; his great-niece Katie Greene; and his pet Spot. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
