He was predeceased by: his parent Otis Osborne; and his siblings, Leroy, Phillip, Donald and Doris Osborne.
He is survived by: his parent Ella Mae Kinman Osborne; his children, David Osborne (Terissa) of Dry Ridge and Jennine Mae Osborne of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; his sisters, Norma Hedges of Dry Ridge and Peggy Alexander of Florence; his grandchildren, Erika Osborne Niemeier (J. P.), Tyler Osborne, Courtney Jo Nagy, Coleton Nagy, Carissa Osborne, Christopher Osborne and Carley Osborne; and his great grandchild Tayden Niemeier.
