He is survived by: his children, Roy Wayne Napier (Jennifer), Samuel Napier (Melissa) of Williamstown, Annette Burke of Burlington and Joyce Hicks of Williamstown; his siblings, Lewis Napier of Hazard, Edith Nickell of Williamstown and Roberta Hicks of Hazard; his grandchildren, Christina Black, Austin Burke, Savannah Burke, Johnny Burke, Chastain Napier, Branson Napier, Ileah Napier, Jessica Napier, Eric Napier, Sarah Hicks and Kaylee Hicks; and his great grandchildren, Parker Black, Grace Black, Jeremiah Black, Devinne Burke, Addison Burke and Raegan Burke.
