He is survived by: his mother Sharon Marie Nickell Merrill of Dry Ridge; his children, Nicholas Merrill of Dry Ridge, Kendra Shinn of Covington, Makayla Merrill of Williamstown and Beth Merrill of Dry Ridge; his father Billy Merrill; and his siblings, Melinda Dallas of Independence, Troy Merrill of Taylor Mill and Jason Merrill of Florence. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
