He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold and Christine Anderson Smith. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith; his children, Keith Smith (Andrea) of Crittenden and Carla Smith of Dry Ridge; his brothers, Darrell Smith of Dry Ridge and Warren Smith (Sandy) of Dry Ridge; and his grandchildren, Lane Smith, Kelly Smith, Alayna Barnes and Jared Barnes.
