He was predeceased by: his father Edward Thomas Baxter; his brother Gary Thomas Baxter; his brother-in-law Ronnie West; and his pet Midget. He is survived by: his mother Norma Raisor Baxter; his son Barry Baxter (Lyndetta); his sisters, Darlene West and Brenda Collett; and his granddaughter Kinsley Rayne Baxter.
