He is survived by: his wife Jamie Lynn Bruin; his stepson Jeremy Chipman of Dry Ridge; and his brothers, Richard Ottino of Traveler's Rest, SC, Rodney Ottino of Union, Robert Ottino of Hebron and Roy Ottino of Ft. Mitchell.
