He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Randall Middleton and Juanita Hutsell Middleton; his wife Debbie Lucas Middleton; his children, Carmen Lockard (Rick Webb) of Georgetown and Greg Middleton (Misty) of Williamstown; his grandchildren, Beckam, Paige Lockard, Carly and Haley Middleton; his sister-in-law Marrene Bradford (Bob) of Stuart, FL; his aunt Gloria Middleton of Dry Ridge; and his daughter Briana Webb. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to the Grant County Shop with a Cop or to the Dry Ridge Christian Church.
