He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Elliott and Audrey Mann Elliott; and his siblings, Bobby Elliott, Helen Ree Godsey, John Elliott and Jerry Elliott.

He is survived by: his son Jeff Elliott; his brother Charlie Elliott; and also Wanda Elliott.
