She is survived by: her husband Donald Gerhard Geers; her children, Joshua Ryan Ives (Kelly) of Lexington, KY, Jacob Gerhard Casey Geers (Heather) of Dry Ridge, KY, Elizabeth Ann Hamm (Steven) of Independence, KY and Stephanie Lynn King (Jason) of Lexington, KY; her sister Diana Lynn Casey of Florence, KY; her mother Shirley Ann Lacefield Casey; her mother-in-law Elfreida Geers; and her grandchildren, Avery King, Amelia King, Elijah King, Elizabeth Geers, Corbin Geers, Aidan Ives, Ethan Ives, Owen Ives and Abbigail Hamm.

Memorial contributions may be made in Patty's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in care of Stanley Funeral Homes, P. O. Box 130 Williamstown, KY 41097.
