She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Osborne and Ella Mae Kinman Osborne; her husband George David Hedges, Jr.; and her siblings, Donald, Phillip, Leroy (Terry Osborne) and Doris Osborne (Peggy Alexander).
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Hedges of Dry Ridge and Kim Brockman (Greg) of Dry Ridge; her grandson Eric Brockman; and her pets, Archie, Miso and Lilly.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Dry Ridge Christian Church Scholarship Fund, the Grant County Animal Shelter, or to the Donors Choice.
