He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ann McKeehan Skinner of Dry Ridge; his siblings, James Franklin Skinner (Lena) of Holbrook and Debbie Mae Skinner of Williamstown; and his sister-in-law Darlene Skinner (late Gary Wayne) of Berry.
