She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinley Simpson and Bessie Mae Milner Simpson; her husband Jouett; her son Jeff Faulkner; her siblings, Anderson, Layle, Albert Simpson and Wilma Stetter; her grandchildren, Jessica Faulkner and Austin Cherry; and her great grandchild Tristan Griffith.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Faulkner (Janet), Sharon Cherry (Lee), Alice Neumeister (Roger), Tina Dunn (Mike "Woody") and Kathy Verville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to COTA (Children's Organ Transplant Association) to benefit great grandson Trenton Faulkner or the Mt. Olivet Christian Church in Williamstown, KY.
