He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Eugene and Ethel Sommers Mink Blevins; his wife Judith Fae Burnette; his siblings, Walker Dwayne "Doc" Blevins and Phyllis Jeffers; and his granddaughter Jessica Nicole Hickey.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Lee Blevins (Michelle) of Erlanger, Ronald Eugene Blevins (Kim) of Independence, Marvin Eugene Blevins, Jr. (Misty) of Dry Ridge, Rebecca Mae Hickey (Joseph) of Erlanger, Kathy Amanns (David) of Newport, Tonya Kay Bowling (Dennis) of Dry Ridge, Melody Jean Adams (Joe) of Loveland, OH and Janie Bowling; and his brother Larry Dale Blevins of Stafford, VA.. He is also survived by "Papaw" by his twelve grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, with another granddaughter.
