Mullins (Mike) of Williamstown, KY; her siblings, Jake Bailey (Janie) of Owenton, KY and Louise Wilder of Cubbage, KY.; her grandchildren, Michael Rash (Tamara), Matthew (Rash), Cheyenne Howard, Bethany Turner, Stephanie Barnes, Cody Mullins, Brody Siler and Brayli Howard; and her great grandchildren, Bradley Rash, Andrew Rash, Charlie Sanford, Layla Newman, Grace Newman, Zachary Turner, David Joe Turner, Hannah Turner, Kimmy Mullins and Delaney Siler.
