He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Ann Bolling; his parent Lucille Wainscot Bolling; his spouse Ruth Ann Fortner; his sons, Kenneth Bolling (Amanda) and Jeff Bolling; his sister Juanita Courtney (Charles) of Williamstown, KY; and his grandchildren, Shawn Boling and Taylor Bolling.
