She was predeceased by: her parent John C.. She is survived by: her parent Maud Melton Smallwood; and her siblings, Aileen Liebertz (Wolfgang) of Bay Village, Barbara Hertzer (Ronald) of Milford and John S. Smallwood (Terry) of Cincinnati. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
