She is survived by: her children, Tommy Gudaitis, Jr. of Florence, KY and Sherry Brockman (Gary) of Dry Ridge, KY; her sisters, Deborah Kay Moffett (Alan) and Mayme Lee Hammons; and her grandchildren, Andrew Gudaitis, Alexus Gudaitis, Alex Brockman and Blake Brockman.
