He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Richard and Ella Bea Reynolds Evans; his brother Paul "Rick" Evans; and his granddaughter Lillian Kerr. He is survived by: his wife Betty Geraldine Peters; his children, Jeremi Evans of Dry Ridge, Jessica Howe of Dry Ridge, Jennifer McCormick (Greg Leffler) of Elsmere, Jo Lynn Hall (Garrett) of Georgetown, Julie Hackney of Williamstown and Jaime Kerr (Nathan Peters) of Dry Ridge; his sisters, Teresa Bickers of Crittenden and Roselie Jackson of Erlanger; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Kyle, Kadeness, Peyton, Mariah, Ella, Josh, Mikayla, Brianna, Courtney, Dawson, Aiden, Gavin, Blake, Spencer, Evan, Mateo, Emma, Isabella, Paisley and Emerson.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions visitation will be limited to immediate family and invited guest, however, funeral services will be live streamed on Stanley Funeral Homes Facebook page beginning at 1:00 Friday December 11, 2020.
