He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Joyce Ruark McCoy; his wife Debbie; his daughters, Shelly Ann McCoy of Dry Ridge and Victoria Renee McCoy Cummins (Chad) of Dry Ridge; his siblings, Charles E. "Buck" McCoy (Lucy) of Owen Co, William O. "Bill" McCoy of Gallatin, TN, Michael E. "Mike" McCoy (Rebecca) of Pendleton Co, Lydia R. "Becky" Jump (Steve) of Mt. Zion, Leatha Ann Conrad (Tommy) of Williamstown and Vivian L. Link of Dry Ridge; his grandchildren, Taylor Caldwell, Devin Cummins, Tyrsten Cummins and Dacoda Cummins; and his great grandchild Jaxson Stanley Edward Huber.
