He is survived by: his wife Lori Cook; his stepdaughter Brittany Adams (Tyler); his grandson Aiden Adams; his mother-in-law Elaine Sargent; his brother-in-law Lanny Sargent; his uncle John Carlisle; and his aunt Mary Carlisle. He is also survived by many other close friends and relatives.
