He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Marie Baker Raleigh; and his wife Mary Talbott. He is survived by: his father Charlie Edward; his children, Jennifer "Jenny" Raleigh of Dry Ridge, KY and Joseph Shawn Raleigh of Cincinnati, OH; his brothers, Dwight Raleigh (Patsy) of Erlanger, KY and Henry "Hank" Raleigh (Paula) of Union, KY.; his grandchildren, Nickalos A. Jeremiah, Casey Raleigh, Joshua Bayne, Emily Barnaby, Sergeant David Raleigh, Eric Raleigh, Kyle Raleigh and Dylan Raleigh; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Gage Raleigh, Harley Marie Brames, Novalee Rain Raleigh, Kayden Wayne Raleigh, Briley Evan Barnaby, Maverick Bayne, Ryker Bayne, Bennett Bayne, Noah Ray and Mason Raleigh.
