Mullins (Mike) of Williamstown, KY; his siblings, Jerry Howard of Williamstown, KY, Jack Howard of Cardinal, KY, Jewel DeGrando of Greensburg, IN and Sharon Henderson of Louisville, KY.; his grandchildren, Michael Rash (Tamara), Matthew Rash (Sydnee Webb), Cheyenne Kiser (Cap), Bethany Grant (Anthony), Stephanie Barnes, Cody Mullins, Brody Siler and Brayli Howard; and his great grandchildren, Bradley Rash, Andrew Rash, Charlie Sanford, Layla Newman, Grace Newman, Zachary Turner, David Joe Turner, Hannah Turner, Kimmy Mullins, Delaney Siler, Arlie Siler, Janet Grant, Wayne Grant, Lindy Kiser and Chey Kiser.
