It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Dawalt Ruby (Dry Ridge, Kentucky), who passed away on January 28, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland B. Dawalt and Ora Caldwell Dawalt; her siblings, Geneva Hisel, Norma Lawrence and John Dawalt; and her grandson Matthew Scott Ruby.
She is survived by: her spouse Kenneth A. Ruby; and her children, Larry Ruby (Virginia) of Dry Ridge, Kenny Ruby (Sherry) of Dry Ridge, Randy Ruby (Linda) of Morningview, Jerry Ruby of Owenton, Rita Thompson (Jerry) of Dry Ridge, Wanda Switzer (Eddie) of Dry Ridge and Mary Jo Keith of Dry Ridge. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
