She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Robert and Gertrude Frances Ernst Osborne; and her sister Judy King. She is survived by: her husband David Ray Smith; her sons, Jason Rigney (Ashley) of Naperville, IL and Josh Rigney (Jen) of Foster, KY; her stepchildren, David R. Smith II of Falmouth, Casey Simons of Radcliff, KY and Amber Fancote of Dry Ridge; her siblings, Gary "Butch" Osborne of Hamilton, OH, Arlene O'Banion (Don) of Trenton, OH and Geri Nevils (John) of Springfield, TN.; and her grandchildren, Lillian Rigney, Nora Rigney, Dawson Smith, Dylan Smith, Danaca Smith, Jacob Huth, Caleb Huth, Matthew Huth, Ben Huth, Ricky Fancote, Sophia Fancote, Tianna Simons and C. J. Simons.
