She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Lawrence and Edna Ethel Crouch; her former husband Louis L Justice; her husband John Childress; her son Marvin Lee Justice; and her siblings, Wayne Crouch and Linda Lou Crouch.

She is survived by: her children, Vicki Dailey (Jim) of Latonia and Chris Justice (Tammy) of Frankfort; her sister Charlotte Hearn (Charles) of Dry Ridge; and her grandchildren, Brian Dailey, Heather Dailey (John Sandman) and Stacey Straub (Mark). She is also survived by five great grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
