He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Souder and Dorothy Mae Wilson Souder; his wife Thelma Estes Souder; and his siblings, Margarette Colson, Betty Jane Delaney, Edith Latimer, Edward Souder and Harold Souder.
He is survived by: his children, Ellen Heile (Tom) of Dry Ridge, KY, Donna MacTaggart (Slade) of Hiawassee, GA and Richard Souder (Carolyn) of Orlando, FL; his sister Myra Lou Nicholson of Dry Ridge, KY.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Myatt of Dry Ridge, KY, Doug Drysdale (LeAnnda) of Dry Ridge, KY, Jerrod MacTaggart of Wichita Falls, TX and Lauren Mactaggart of Phoenix, AZ; and his great grandchildren, Dawson Myatt, Kinslee, Keelan and Knox Drysdale.
