He is survived by: his children, Ryan Eversole (Nicole Avery), Kyle Eversole (Ashley), Jamie Lewis and Nikki Walker; his grandchildren, Mason, Korbyn, Jaxon and Karis; and his siblings, Barbara McQueen, Levi Eversole Jr. (Lillian), Kathy Gilliland (Phil), Jerry Eversole (Brenda), Phyllis Bush, Randy Eversole (Kim) and Rod Eversole. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
