She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry Wayne Smith; and her father Willis Henderson. She is survived by: her children, Clinton Taylor (Marcie), Angie and Autumn; and her pets, Barney and CoCo. She is also survived by five grandchildren, one great grandchild and two pet.
