It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Michael Blades of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, who passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lois and J. T. Blades. He is survived by: his wife Kristina Dailey; his parents, Tammy Blades and Terry Sheets; his stepsister Kendall Hopper; and his cousin Jo-Ellen Holt. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
