He was predeceased by: his parents, John Willard and Mae Stephens Shipp; his son Michael Shipp; and his brother Kline Delano Shipp. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Blackburn; and his sons, Todd Shipp (Debby) of Dry Ridge, KY and Jeff Shipp (Margie) of Edgewood, KY.
