It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Mae Hornsby (Dry Ridge, Kentucky), born in Williamstown, Kentucky, who passed away on November 15, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cleveland and Loretta Cornelius Rider; and her siblings, Troy McCormick, Barbara Lentine and Bonnie Huff.
She is survived by: her husband Nathan B. Hornsby; her children, Lynn Gilbert (Bill) of Covington, KY, Laura Hornsby of Crittenden, KY, Ray Hornsby of Dry Ridge, KY, Steven Hornsby (Nicole) of Dry Ridge, KY and Todd Hornsby (Tassie) of Walton, KY; her sisters, Sharon Rider of Owenton, KY and Brenda McCormick of Williamstown, KY.; her grandchildren, Scott Gilbert, Julie Carlson, Courtney Hornsby, Christopher Hornsby, Cody Hornsby, Matthew Atkins and Sophia Hornsby; and her great grandchild Mary Carlson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Connie's memory to Hospice of the Bluegrass, in care of Stanley Funeral Homes.
