He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Carter and Alice Westenhover Perry; and his brother Willard Perry. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Perry; his daughter Amy Vollmer of Walton, KY; his sisters, Stella and Alice Morgan (Ray) of Williamstown, KY; his siblings-in-law, Chuck Walters and Lori Henry (Kenneth); his granddaughters, Charlotte Denke (John) and Gabrielle Adams; his great grandchildren, Kensley and Aryanna; his nieces and nephews, C. J. Walters (Tina), Caleb Walters (Sheena), Isaac Walters (Sarah), Taylor Henry and Kassidy Bullinger (Todd); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Peyton Walters, Emerson Walters, Greyson Walters, Croix Walters, Crew Walters, Linkin Walters and Maelyn Bullinger.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Williamstown Cemetery (300-304 Falmouth Rd, Williamstown, KY 41097).
