He is survived by: his wife Vicki Perry; his daughter Amy Vollmer of Walton, KY; his sisters, Stella and Alice Morgan (Ray) of Williamstown, KY; his siblings-in-law, Chuck Walters and Lori Henry (Kenneth); and his granddaughters, Charlotte Denke (John) and Gabrielle Adams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
