He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Ray and Audrey Viola Mann Elliott; and his siblings, Paul Elliott, Carl "John" Elliott, Gerald "Jerry" Elliott, Robert Elliott and Helen Rhea Godsey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline Rae Browning of Dry Ridge and Angela Elliott of Lexington; his grandchildren, Tate Ramsey, Garret Souder and Josie Browning; and his great grandchild Sage Jones.
