Charles Ray Phillips Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ray Phillips of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, born in Williamstown, Kentucky, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Young and Mary Alberta Phillips; and his wife Wilma Phillips. He is survived by: his former wife Claudine; his children, Dewey Phillips, Teresa Coots, Tammy Mann (Chris) and Alisha Jones; his grandchildren, Amanda, Leigh, Taylor, Blake and Hayden; his great grandchildren, Willow, Gavin, Owen and Parker; and his children, Evangeline Sanchez, Emmanuel De Leon (Rhoda) and Ellen White (Dra). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
