She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Lee Cleveland; her children, Christy Lee Cleveland Thomas of Dry Ridge and Jeffery Thomas Cleveland of Dry Ridge; her siblings, James Edward Exterkamp (Angela) of Petersburg, Timothy Charles Exterkamp (Cece) of Laredo, TX, Debbie O. Nelson (Gene) of Dry Ridge and Kim K. Martin (Richard) of Union; her grandchildren, Olivia Aleta Thomas (Dayshawn), Isabella Grace Reynolds, Julian James Drennan, J. Luke Thomas, Austin Patrick Thomas and Christian Jeffrey Thomas Cleveland; and her great grandchild Bradley Xavier Thomas.
